Together we provide the following services for disabled children, young people and their families:
- Family advice and support service
- Parent/carer support groups
- Parent/carer workshops
- Short breaks
- Family events and social activities
- Support for Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans
- Signposting to health, education and other local support services
These services are for families with children and young people aged 0-25 with a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010 [new window].
The outcomes we will help people achieve are:
- Reduced social isolation
- Increased links within the local community
- Greater choice and control
- Access to a range of short break activities
